Do you want to remove your tattoo?

Selective photomecanolysis is a procedure able to break up different colors of ink used in tattoos, which are then destroyed and removed by the lymphatic system of the body, without damaging the rest of the skin.

A professional last generation Laser "Made in Germany" (nanoseconds and picoseconds -Q-switched Nd:YAG-Laser with wavelengths of 1064 and 532nm, BiAxis QS Medical Laser by HLS) -the first and unique one of its kind in the Canary Islands - is able to remove completely most of the tattoos, sparing the surrounding tissue. Best and fastest results are seen with black, blue and red tattoos, whereas bright colors (yellow, white, light blue and light green) might be more difficult to remove completely, and frequently require more sessions.

We also treat residual pigments in already treated tattoos.

Traumatic tattoos and permanent make-up can also be eliminated.

Following an individual consultation with the dermatologist, a small area of the tattoo should be tentatively treated first.

The tattoo will fade gradually with each Laser treatment up to its complete resolution.

The number of sessions and, correspondingly, the total cost for the complete removal will be determined by a variety of factors, including size, localization and age of the tattoo as well as color, contrast and depth of the inserted ink particles. Most tattoos are eliminated within 5 to 10 sessions.

Generally, treatment sessions are scheduled 3 to 6 weeks apart.

Each session will take 20 to 30 minutes.
